10. Additional inspections
What we will do.
Where inspections reveal that the relevant stage of works is substantially incomplete, or contravene the Building regulations, additional inspections may be required.
What you will need to do (including a builder, architect or agent acting for you).
Only request an inspection when a stage of works identified in your inspection service plan is complete and ready for inspection or where any remedial works that have been required are fully completed, or where advised otherwise by us.
Fees.
Extra inspections will lead to extra fees, calculated based on our hourly rate.
