7. Work starts
What you will need to do (including a builder, architect or agent acting for you)
You must notify us when site works are about to start. Whilst in most cases, site works may be started at the owners risk, there are come circumstances when certain documents and approval need to be in place before works can be started so it is always worth discussing with us prior to start of work, especially for new dwellings.
Timescale
You must notify us 2 days before work starts on site.
