17. Auditing of records and documents
The Supplier shall keep and maintain, until twelve months from the 31st March following final payment of the Contract for the Service rendered, records to the satisfaction of the Buyer of all expenditures which are reimbursable by the Buyer and of the hours worked and costs incurred in connection with any employees of the Supplier paid for by the Buyer. The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with such access to those records as the Buyer may require in connection with the Contract.
