Regulation 14 (Pre-Submission) Consultation
Plymtree Parish Council are now consulting for a 6 week period on their draft neighbourhood plan (Regulation 14 stage). The documents can be viewed on their website and all comments should be made to the Parish Council by 5pm on 10 August 2026.

Plymtree Parish Council requested that the whole of their parish be designated a Neighbourhood Area. The designation was approved on 10 June 2024.
